To date, it is more demanding/rather inconvenient in terms of cleaning. If the burn pot is not vacuumed every second bag of pellets, the pellets do not burn well. It needs to be scraped clean of resin every two weeks (14 bags of pellets). If the pellets run out, there is a great deal of smoke on re-igniting and a big explosion when the ignition happens-- such that the smoke is forced to go though the door lining. The burn pot is very awkward to replace after cleaning. -- difficult to line up with the opening to the igniting "stick". I believe that the design could be improved.
