I've bought a Drolet HT-3000 wood stove a month ago and it has been a pure joy ever since :-) I've installed it myself using double-wall 6-inch stove pipes. The extra-large combustion chamber takes four 16-inch logs easily and with air intake at about 50 %, it REALLY does last about 10 hours !!! Plus, compared to my former wood stove, it uses about 25 % less wood. It's our primary source of heat for a two-story cottage (about 1,500 sq ft). I've chosen a Drolet stove because I wanted to support a Canadian manufacturer and it has been worth every penny!
