First off, I love this product. The heat that it puts out is fantastic and it burns all night long. I couldn’t recommend it anymore. Another thing we love was the service! When it arrived, there was a piece that was broken and when we reached out to the company, they were incredibly good about getting back to us and super responsive and have a replacement piece with instructions to put it in almost immediately. We couldn’t be happier with the stove or the company.
