My review is based mainly on the customer service. I like the stove for the price. But 2 pieces cracked, the baffle and a heat shield just under the top plate. I reached out to customer service and asked for this heat shield. But they tell me it does not exist. I replied with pictures and 4 other emails…. No response. They are currently “ghosting” me. Meanwhile, it’s getting cold and this is my heat source.
